1. Intellectual Property Rights 

The content, features, and functionality available through the Assoimpresemena mobile application (the "App") are the exclusive property of Assoimpresemena , its affiliates, licensors, or other content providers. All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other content (the "Content"), are protected by Lebanese and international intellectual property laws, including Lebanon’s Intellectual Property Law No. 75/1999 and international treaties to which Lebanon is a party, such as the Berne Convention.  

2. Ownership of Content 

Unless otherwise indicated, Assoimpresemena or its licensors hold all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other intellectual property rights. The Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Assoimpresemena except as expressly authorized in this Policy or our Terms of Service. 

3. User-Generated Content 

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the App (such as comments, reviews, feedback, or other user-generated content) (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Assoimpresemena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in any medium, mode, or manner. You affirm that you have the right to grant this license and that the User Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. 

4. Copyright Infringement  

Assoimpresemena respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content available on the App infringes your copyright, you may notify us by providing a written notice containing the following information (the "Notice"): 

1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; 
2. A description of the location of the infringing material on the App, including the URL or specific location where the content is found; 
3. Your full name, address, and telephone number, and an email address where you can be contacted; 
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; 
5. A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner. 

Upon receiving a valid Notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and, if necessary, remove the infringing material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable laws. We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service. 

5. Counter-Notice 

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to Assoimpresemena containing the following information: 

1. Your full name, address, and telephone number, and an email address where you can be contacted; 
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed; 
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification; 
4. Your signature (or the signature of your authorized representative). 

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer. 

6. Fair Use 

The use of any Content on the App for purposes of criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research may qualify as "fair use" under applicable copyright laws. However, such use must comply with the limitations of fair use, and you are responsible for ensuring that any use of Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. 

7. No Transfer of Rights 

Except as expressly set forth in this Copyright Policy, nothing in the App or this Policy grants you any rights in or to the Content, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of Assoimpresemena or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
