1. Acceptance of the Agreement
By accessing or using the Assoimpresemena mobile application (the "App") and any services, content, or features provided therein (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "You", or "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App. This Agreement is between you and Assoimpresemena, a company incorporated and based in Lebanon.
2. User Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use the App and are fully capable of entering into this Agreement. The App is available for use by individuals and businesses that comply with applicable laws. If you are a user located in Italy or any other European Union (EU) country, you acknowledge and agree to the additional provisions outlined below, especially concerning data protection and privacy laws.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account by providing certain personal information ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security related to your Account.

Assoimpresemena reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and its Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and you must immediately discontinue use of the App. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law, will survive termination.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), our processing of your personal data is also governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Agreement
Assoimpresemena reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement by posting the updated version within the App or on our website. The changes will become effective as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use the App after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lebanese Republic. However, if you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or Italy, the applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply before the Lebanese courts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assoimpresemena and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the App in the four (4) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assoimpresemena, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement, your use of the App, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
12. No Warranty
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Assoimpresemena does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or owned by Assoimpresemena. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You agree that Assoimpresemena shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party websites or services.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Assoimpresemena regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such use.
